We enjoyed this stay. The kitchen is small but functional. The best part was the friendly and helpful front desk person (I can't remember his name). He went out of his way to help us with the air conditioner, and provided lots us useful info about the area.

The location of this hotel is perfect! It has a great view of lake rotorua and it is near all the amazing restauranta of Rotorua. The guy who checked us in was very pleasant and gave us a lot of helpful tips for our visit to Rotorua. Would definitely book here again.

Lovely apartment with even lovelier view

A friendly welcome from the reception team. Apartment was a studio with kitchenette on the top floor. It was clean, spacious, had good amenities and was close to shops and restaurants. The view of Picton harbour from our balcony was absolutely amazing, we could’ve stayed there all day watching the works go by. One night was not long enough!

Okay, so let’s get this out the way: it’s a little dated but only to the 80s with some interesting decor. Something of an old school motel. But it’s clean, very well equipped, and the real winning quality: in a FANTASTIC location. You couldn’t ask for a better spot. And a shout out to John: a real friendly chap and genuinely welcoming.
