Amazing house with amazing views

This is a beautiful house on top of a hill overlooking Lake Rotorua. Amazing views. We enjoyed this house immensely and wish we had stayed there longer. It's important to note though that this is a house and not a hotel. So you have to coordinate your arrival with the owner to give you the garage door opener to get in. There is also therefore no maid service or restaurants. We didn't have an issue with this as it was cleaner than a hotel when we arrived and we don't typically need maid service often. But you should know this before booking if it bothers you. It's a really wonderful house with such wonderful views, we didn't want to leave the house. Also very quiet for a good night's sleep.

Breathtaking views backed up with absolute luxury

One night in paradise. The Tihi Retreat is very well appointed. The beds are super comfortable, seperate en suites for three of the rooms, every detail thought about and covered. Kitchen fully serviced. Fruit on the bench, cans of cold drinks in the fridge, a decent coffee machine. Totally not one complaint. We will be returning and hopefully stay for a week. This is by far the best place in all of Rotorua. 360 degree views. Woke to the feeling: I'm the King of the Castle :) Spectacular. Thank you :) :)

Perfect Everything

This place was absolutely amazing. Perfect location, awesome view. Love the audio system, tastefully furnished, this is one of the most beautiful house we stayed. Thank you to our host, Steve.
