The staff was incredibly friendly, and the entire hotel was spotless and smelled wonderful. Our room was spacious and immaculate, with a super comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was also very clean. Breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of options and everything was well kept. Parking was a bit pricey, but overall, it wasn’t a big issue. We loved our stay — 10/10 would highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back!

Great stay

Perfect location to attend an event at the Ahoy, which was just a couple of minutes walk away. Good sized room, which was comfortable and spotlessly clean.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was beautiful, but scrambled eggs could be cooked longer. Everywhere was clean. I would definitely go back.

i liked that hotel was new.However, it was still under construction and it was very annoying to be listening to the drills. Also, the. door was shaking all the time as there was like a wind tunnel effect current within the aisle. It did not feel safe. The water glasses were not changed and the receptionist upon arrival was really rude as she didn't want to give me the key to my room until i pay some kind of tax, which I believe was included in the price. She didn't even give me the chance to speak to anyone in Expedia to clarify the situation. I paid the amount but found the situation extremely embarrassing.

Mooie kamer met een heerlijke douche. Weinig geluidshinder van buiten ondanks drukke omgeving qua wegen etc. Lekker dichtbij ahoy en groot winkelcentrum (letterlijk ertegenover). Voor ons een hele leuke/goede ervaring! Ontbijt hebben we niet gehad dus kunnen we niet beoordelen.

Ik had 1 heel mooie schone kamer op 11 de verdieping dichtbij de Ahoy , het ontbijt was lekker veer keuzes en de personeel was heel aardig. Ik was bij concert en was handig.

For my conference, it’s perfect location. But far from Rotterdam center. Fortunately the metro is convenient that go to The Hague directly in about an hour. Restaurants and shops close early - it’s Dutch style I guess.

Déplacement Pro - 1 Nuit

Séjour d’une nuit pour un déplacement professionnel. L’hôtel est splendide mais malheureusement pas de parking gratuit donc pour garer votre voiture il faudra vous acquitter de 19,50€. Concernant les chambres, elles sont magnifiques et les les équipements sont top 👍 Pour la tv, YouTube, chromecast tout y est 😉 Je remercie l’ensemble du personnel pour l’accueil et le service.
