"The hotel Wi-Fi was mostly not working, which delayed getting our room key at check-in - I had already completed the available online check-in process ahead of arrival. A similar issue arose when trying to check out. The Wi-Fi did not work at all in our room and I have to say this is not what I expect. The staff did their best and were helpful and polite when needed in this respect but, like us, were lot down by inadequate systems. I must add that otherwise I found the hotel excellent"

"During our stay in Lille, the weather was around 28ยฐC. Although the room didnโt have air conditioning, it was surprisingly comfortable and not too hot. The hotel provided a fan as per requested, which was very helpful. The price was very reasonable, especially considering that both free parking and breakfast were included. Overall, it was great value for money."
