This is miles ahead of any of the other hotels in the area. The facility itself feels new and fresh and apart of a nice neighborhood that while farther away to the touristic heart of the city, is just a metro ride or ride share away. The room was very clean. The staff was friendly in every interaction and always tried to be attentive to any needs or questions we had. Checking in and out were simple and quick. The breakfast was consistent and was exactly what was needed in the mornings. A great property I would definitely recommend to others.

Lovely stay at the Holiday Inn Express
It was a lovely stay all round. Would recommend it and very convenient to the motorway. Very nice staff and a nice breakfast.

A pleasant holiday
A very pleasant short holiday with plenty of interesting places to visit. So many nice areas to wander around and appreciate this lovely city and area. The hotel was spotless clean, with cleaning service standards that other hotels should aim to achieve. All staff were courteous and helpful.

This a lovely hotel with excellent staff. Welcoming, helpful and friendly. It is fairly basic, but is modern, clean and the rooms are bright and airy. The breakfast is fine. The bar service is very good, but the bar area is not very convivial. Although the immediate area is a bit run down, transport into the old town is easy and cheap.

The hotel seems to be in a quite area but I felt unsafe. Luckily the car in parked in their underground car park but there are only limited parking spaces. Breakfast was good. Good value for money.

We had an excellent stay, and the breakfast was outstanding. We had three adults and were in a room with a pull out couch. The room was too small for three adults. Further, the hotel would do well to add a small refrigerator to each room.

Great but a good hair dryer will make it perfect.
It took us a bit of time to find the hotel as our GPS took us from behind and the entrance of the hotel facing at a corner direction which is quite hard to find. The breakfast was quite good, croissants, eggs, hams, yoghurt and a few other stuffs. It is not close to the city centre, we used the hotel’s parking for 9euro per night. The only thing I would suggest the hotel to upgrade it’s the hair dryer, it’s so weak to the point that there’s hardly any air blowing even on it’s strongest mode, it took me more than half an hour to dry my hair, not fully dry as I was so tired to spend more time on it!! It’s really frustrating.

Two night stay
Good for a couple of nights. The air conditioning worked well. The parking is a bit tricky to locate especially the turn to enter if you don't know where you are going. You can make a right turn right off the main road into the parking entrance, not following google maps. Area a bit rougher but seemed safe overall. Easier to drive to town than walk it from hotel.

A good base for exploring
Neither our sat at nor Google maps could find this hotel, but it became clear that Rouen has a lot of roadworks at the moment. Parking requires you to drive around the block to an entrance but is actually underneath the hotel and is secure. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, nicely appointed and with a/c. Breakfast was excellent. Use public transport to get into the centre, it’s easy and there are bus and metro stops near the hotel. (You need the T4 bus line,). We walked into the centre when we arrived….it takes about 25 minutes hence the suggestion of the bus!

This hotel is just a short train ride from city center, 15 min). The hotel has limited food options on site, and the surrounding neighborhood is very limited in its options. These negatives are easily overcome and the staff is wonderful.

Great hotel in Rouen
Great hotel to stay in Rouen. Very convenient to park in the garage and leave it there for the stay. Tram lines to the CityCenter are close by. Service was friendly and room was clean and well serviced. Breakfast was the normal standard you get in a holiday Inn. No complaints, would come back.

The room and bathroom was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The only thing that was a spoiler was the room overlooked building land and there was rubbish bins overflowing below our window. The rubbish was collected around 6 in the morning which was noisy.

Really good value for money, lovely hotel, great staff, great rooms, we had an accessible room which had an excellent wet room with 2 panic pulleys fitted, bed was spacious and comfy + large tv. We also had an iron, ironing board and hairdryer in cleverly concealed cupboards + tea making facilities. We used the on-site underground car park at only €9 per night + we were travelling with our small dog who was made welcome, would definitely stay again ❤️

COMFORTABLE HOTEL
Modern Spacious rooms. Covid19 restrictions adhered to! Managed to park just outside hotel, but parking is provided under the hotel at 9euros/night. Pleasant bar.
