"The facility was a bit older than I expected. The initial impression from the odor in the lobby reminded me of an old bowling alley; they may need new carpeting. My room was like the picture online when I booked the reservation, but the space indicated as a kitchenette was a cubby with a microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge. I never used the microwave. The room was very clean and sanitary, but the toilet did not flush well when I got into the room, I needed to have maintenance fix the issue, it was addressed within a few hours the next morning, while I was out of the room. Cleaning staff was very helpful and attentive. Breakfast had a lot of choices, mostly carbohydrates, limited protein (egg / bacon-not every morning). Selections were limited for anyone with special dietary needs or food allergies. The bed was very comfortable and I got great sleep. The 3-night stay was adequate for the purpose of my trip, but I would have expected more for the price I paid through Hotels.com."

"My wife and I parked our car with Fairfield Inn and Suites of Dulles while we departed on a week long cruise! When we returned we stayed at the hotel over night! We were disappointed with the haphazard courtesy bus schedule! We called for transport at 10:30pm, was told that we just missed the shuttle, but another would be there at 10:45pm at 10:50pm we called again to find out that the shuttle had come early and would not return until 11:15pm! We made our calls outside while watching for the shuttle! It did come at 11:15pm! Our vehicle was safe, but we did not get to use our free breakfast because of jet lag!"
