"Hi, Just to let you know. The locks of my room was broken even before I got in 2days ago and showed the owner. It had not been repaired, hence I have to carry my luggage with me when I was outside. You mentioned that you would mend it but it was not for last 2days. There was hardly much for the breakfast, just basic. I had not had my breakfast for last 2 days.
