"Don’t bother to book through Expedia because they give you the crappiest of rooms. Our was L shaped with beds at one end and tv facing away from the beds! The heater and fan in bathroom smelt like cigarette smoke when on! Heater jumped all over the place! Not the cleanest of rooms! Construction in main roads everywhere and noisy at nights!Would not recommend this location! Only good it is for is convenience to the bell centre! Front desk wouldn’t give me a receipt because I booked through Expedia! "

"Check in was very quick as was the valet parking, anytime we needed our car the valet was very quick. We had a corner suite and loved the full kitchen and spacious bathroom, we will book here again."

"This hotel is dated, but the location is good, the amenities are great, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast is also very good. My 4-year old daughter loved the pool - it was warm enough to swim for an extended time (which is rare in a hotel pool). "

"A very seasoned motel with a very fair pet surcharge of $ 10.- We liked that we could open the windows, had a sofa in it and that there is a long grassed strip on the opposite side of the motel. Would book it again. "

"Excellent breakfast selection and value for money. Location was also pretty central and large rooms - perfect for families. Our room did run out of body wash and hand soap. We called down to reception three times and still didn’t get a refill. We eventually had to go down ourselves to get some. They said there was no more body wash left and gave us some hand soap. Check-in process was absolutely horrible. The reception who was checking us in was very unfriendly and rude. We had a parking credit from Hotels.com as part of being silver tier members but he would not honour it at first. Kept saying it was not specific to our account even though I showed him our Hotels.com account where it clearly stated our tier and the parking benefit. He eventually begrudgingly gave us the credit and retorted, “ok whatever you say”. Very condescending and inhospitable. It was probably the worst check-in experience we’ve had in a long, long time. "
