It’s functional as chains tend to be, but it’s not “charming.” There is a reasonably-priced buffet breakfast (9 Euros), but it’s very crowded with people crammed in there. "This is a cheap and cheerful apart-hotel located just outside the centre of Grasse. It was quiet, the host was friendly and helpful, and it suited our purposes (a couple of nights) perfectly. The hotel does not currently provide breakfast but there is a good local café just round the corner."

"Good size, great location. Working wifi. Very friendly staff and great communication re checkin etc. Fair value for money. The property was basic and needed some smartening up. Be prepared to buy loo roll and dishwasher tablets (one of each left for three day stay). Daily housekeeping didn’t happen so these weren’t replenished. "
