"Amazing hotel located away from the hustle and bustle of Nice. The concierge, Sissy, a lovely lady made us feel very welcome and taken care of. Very nice chats with her. We stayed in room 216. Quite spacious. Everything worked well. Room had all the possible extras you can think of - coffee maker, electric tea kettle, fridge, tv, safe etc. Plenty of storage space. Breakfast buffet was great quality as well, it’s 20 euro per person if you pay at the hotel so I suggest opting for the expedia breakfast option.
Location is quiet and serene. About 25 mins away from Old Nice. Outdoor area and the pool are very nice. All around a very good quality hotel at a great price.
Only complaint is the fan in the bathroom didn’t work. The shower itself was great. Parking was also included."
"We stayed in early June in a Mediterranean Apartment, which was absolutely wonderful. The apartment was clean and contained everything we needed. The A/C was great, the bed perfectly comfortable and the kitchen area handy (only a microwave for cooking but good enough for us as we only used it once). The traffic is fairly busy and you can hear this until late in the evening. But the pièce de résistance is the large balcony with it’s fantastic view of the sea and all the boats at anchor (and the same view was also available from the main bedroom). When we first arrived we were disappointed that the tv was basic with no youtube, Netflix or ability to cast to - but the reality is we spent every spare minute that we weren’t travelling relaxing on the balcony soaking up the views. We didn’t even want to use our free spa minutes. Staff were all friendly and helpful and we definitely hope to come back to this hotel and room again!"
"Very clean room. Excellent breakfast. Eat inside to avoid seagulls. Wonderful pool area, clean, lots of beds and umbrellas. Had a really enjoyable stay, would highly recommend. Staff very helpful and polite."
"Arrived and the a/c was broken, ok these things happen. Summer season so id expect a fan or something to keep cool. Instead nothing, staff weren't helpful had to leave the doors open during the night and got bitten alive by mosquitos, and kept awake by constant overhead flights. 2 nights of the 3 spent affected, offered a voucher for 1 night that I will not be using. For 300euros a night expected better. Wouldn't come again. Poor service. Really put me off the whole area"
"Building work went on until 9 at night staff were very rude check in took an hour
When I complained I was told to send an email they didn’t try to help at all the hotel was terrible thankfully we booked through Expedia
They sorted everything for me and got me some compensation
Love Expedia"
