"We only booked this hotel specifically for their 2 saunas. I called in the afternoon to ensure they were in operation and then made a booking. We drove four hours there arriving to spend the evening in the saunas until. After a problem with parking and checking in , we went to the saunas only to find out that both were broken . I asked for help and if someone could fix them as there were still several hours left, but was told no one was available and maybe someone would come sometime the next...
