Some previous travelers expressed concern about the challenge of getting their luggage up to the property. "This is not a new apartment. But the owner maintained the room clean. The room was decorated with some sewing stuffs (guessing owner family’s hobby)😊 While it has shadow, we enjoyed coffee time at a balcony in the morning. We could use a parking lot in front of the apartment and walked to center of Rovinj (took about 20min+, it was dark in the night). Overall, we had good stays here."

"Right from the very beginning of our day, this was an awesome experience. Sonia at reception made us feel welcome; she also spent a good amount of time explaining what to do and where to go in Rovinj. The hotel room was clean, modern and spacious; the breakfast was included in the room and had a good selection, including eggs made to order. There was also lots of free parking and even an EV charging station if you need it. I had the opportunity to speak with one of the owners of the property; he was also very personable and kind. This is a great property to stay in Rovinj!"
