Hotels near Rowan Museum

"Nice exterior, dumpy interior. Ice machine on 3rd and 2nd floor did not work. Room is small with no counter space anywhere. They do not give enough towels and washcloths and had an issue when I asked for more. Breakfast was horrible. At the end of the day, it was budget friendly so you get what you pay for I guess. Would not stay again. "

"You get what you pay for. The rooms are definitely clean the area is definitely safe and the Price is beyond reasonable. With that said the front desk is horrible the woman that was working on the day I stayed was a very monotone had no personality and definitely had no customer service appeal. She did not care for anything but stating the rules. I travel very often and I am not particularly picky in a crunch, as long as you give me a clean safe area.. I'm okay with a basic hotel; but customer service is important!!! This front desk clerk had zero and I mean zero customer service, it made it so distasteful almost sick to my stomach to stay there after dealing with her. Its not asking much to pretend to be good at your job."
