"We had a brilliant stay. Kids loved the caravan. Beds are slightly uncomfortable but to be expected in a caravan and no toilet roll provided. Facilities in the park are great. The swimming pool has some great slides (you do have to pay for swimming but definitely worth it), kids loved the evening disco and there is a free train ride going round the park which was nice. "This hotel is a nice, but somewhat basic accommodation. It is very close to the university and the centre of Bangor, which is very helpful. The staff, however, were very helpful and considerate. The restaurant staff were welcoming although I got there only 10 minutes before they were shutting. Likewise, at breakfast, they were attentive and helpful. I would recommend this hotel because of the staff"

"Check in was fast and efficient. The room was clean, although it only had a small window there was a door to the courtyard we could open. The bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. The shower was fine and there was a good beverage tray with biscuits. Breakfast was quite chaotic with food not being replenished and tables not being cleared and cleaned. However the cooked breakfast was tasty."

Anxious about leaving window open overnight as on ground level so felt quite stuffy at night . Full WelshBreakfast very good and served hot . Staff very pleasant .
