The front desk staff did not communicate, I paid for a late checkout and was still disturbed multiple times the day of checkout to leave at the original time. The lady who worked the front desk was nice enough, but the man was rude and combative. "

"i was in 2 different rooms. Both had an overwhelming smell of urine. No toilet paper, the A/C did not work. I ended my stay early because the accommodations were terrible. The only positive was the desk staff. They attempted to be helpful and canceled my stay without issue. It's unlikely that I will ever stay in a Red Roof Inn again. Does my account show that I should be receiving a refund? "
