"The room was a nice size. Mostly clean. However, I don’t mind that the linens weren’t replenished in the 4 days I was there….but c’mon…..at least empty the trash. "

"It was a great home base in Chattanooga. Easy to get to everything. The staff was very friendly."

"Front desk associate was very nice. But, didn’t stay because as soon as parked the car we were approached by a guy asking for money assuring us it wasn’t for drugs…. Sketchy part of town. Did not feel it was a safe area."

"We stayed in a rail car. Awesome experience. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom floor was heated. The hotel lobby smelled so good and the music and decor made it feel cozy. Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance from the restaurant we ate at and the brewery we got drinks from. We will definitely stay here again."

"Parking was easy! Very convenient! Had ice machine , vending machine for drinks snacks and hygiene products! Tried to charge 3.00 for one tampon but overall good stay for the price . I wish the rooms would have mini fridges and microwaves and a tad bit more storage space! The only thing I have to complain about is the roach problem. Definitely needs to sprayed and the hotel would be a perfect stay ! "

"I would suggest if you want a clean place to stay this is not it. We had no electricity due to rain I’m guessing.?? The bathtub had mold around it and mold in corner of living area with a dehumidifier hiding it. Spider webs , dirty, blinds broke, the beadboard was cracked all over the bathroom. Then they had totes of clean linens right outside rooms for them to change later I’m guessing that we almost tripped over carrying our luggage. The place needs an overhaul inside and out. "

"Limited parking and staff not knowledgeable or accommodating for service animals. Several other hotels near by. All of them are a better option. "
