"Check in clerk was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. The beds was very comfortable, The building and rooms were somewhat in need of help. The bathroom was not handicapped accessible. Over all for the price, I would stay again."
"We were supposed to stay 3 nights but after the 2nd night our son woke up and found a cockroach in the bathroom. We were able to check out and leave without an issue and we had a nice stay until that point but the bugs are a complete deal breaker."
"The rooms were clean but there were several people smoking right outside of the entrances. One of our rooms did not have a shower curtain upon arrival.
I do have a question re: handicapped accessible rooms. The rooms were on the lower level- which was fine. BUT to get to the breakfast area room, you either walked up and around the outside of the building or climbed stairs. ALSO to use the shower, you had to be able to raise your leg at least 15 inches to clear the side of the tub. THEN TO STEP OUT OF THE TUB- YOU had to step up and down approx. 18 inches. THIS DOES NOT SEEM TO BE ACCESSIBLE FOR A WHEELCHAIR OR PERSON ON A WALKER."
"Front desk employees were the rudest people I have ever encountered at the hotel both the individuals working at different times the morning guy wanted to fight my husband because he left his shirt in the car and guy told him to put it on and had to go back to the room to get the car key to get his shirt out of the car and the employee chased him down and got in his face threatening him told him he needed to leave the property. The pool was completely out of order but never stated that on the website just a horribly stay in general breakfast was horrible no coffee whole area completely trashed"
"My son & I stayed here for 1 night. Upon checking in, we were notified that the cable tv was currently out but hopeful it’d be back soon. On the ride up to our room we spoke to a couple who stated the cable has been out for days so that set the mood for our disappointment right there. Open the door to our room and I can just say it’s well past its prime. We were afraid to take our shoes off and walk across the floor! No remote for the TV but since the cable was out, guess we didn’t need one. Decided to take a shower since we’d been traveling all day—no hot water, it was warm at best, and there was no shampoo. Morning couldn’t come fast enough for us. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay, keep looking. Only positive thing is the AC worked great."
