"The family who run this very sweet hotel are kind, accommodating, and offer most everything you could want. I felt safe and I loved the balcony off of my room where I got to watch the full moon. It was so easy to get to. All the bus/metro lines stop right in front or very close by - There are also city bike rentals you can get to bike all over Brussels and you can easily either get to the city center or to the most impressive forest. "Excellent location and hotel parking , room very clean and nice decor, very comfortable bed and nice hot water in the bathroom.Instructions on getting room were not clear by email. No key in the key box as it was described. We had to get key from restaurant staff in the hotel. We also couldn’t watch any TV as there was no remote in the room . Luckily after a long journey we were very tired. There was also a lot of loud music and noise coming from the hotel restaurant and Bar. Overall a good stay...
