"Location is great with good transport and easy access to Naples, Amalfi Coast, Herculaneum, Pompei, Solerno etc. Property is an apartment within a gated residence complex and the rooms have high ceilings, a good a.c., fridge, coffee machine, KS bed, tv - so well fitted out. Breakfast consists of baked goods, coffee pod, chocolate milk and juice. Property is unmanned, so outside limited hours you have to WhatsApp but they are quite responsive."

"I didn't stay ! After arriving and having the owner yelling at me and then yelling at Hotels.com rep. And feeling very unsafe, threatened, scared and locked in!! I left in absolute Tears. Even a man sitting on the bench out front says the owner is horriblen yelling all the time. Don't go here unless you're ready to battle.!!"

"This place was incredible! It's located right by the central train station and Metro, making this an ideal location for anyone looking to travel through Naples or throughout Italy. The rooms are so quiet, and the view of Mount Vesuvius is phenomenal. All of the staff were kind and very helpful. We only paid for breakfast one morning (it was not included in our nightly fee so we paid separately), but the breakfast was great and worth the price. The room was very clean and spacious for two people. Only downside is everything is a bit of a walk so it is not a super walkable location for some of the things we wanted to see. Overall, we really loved our stay here and would stay here again in the future! "

"Very good stay. Location is convinient since it is close to Napoli Centrale and I was traveling wity elderlies via Train but besides seeing the common crazyness of Naples, the Hotel is very good. I only wish tye roff top was better equipped to service people, it has great potential and tge view is outstanding."

"Rented the best room in the hotel, massive balcony with a breathtaking view of Vesuvius and the landscape of the volcano. Despite being about a 20 minute drive from the live section of Naples it was worth it. The room was modern, beautifully decorated with a kitchen so cooking was a great option with a near by grocery store with endless options. Employees were great! Again, if you want to spend evenings with family breaking bread and drinking wine while absorbing paradise until the sun sets is the best way to end your day. A little on the pricey side but this was a treat I would definitely go back however rent a car this time around. "

"The hotel was very comfortable. The only thing I would have added was a fan in the large room I stayed. The air conditioner kept it cool enough but the air was so still that it seemed hotter than it was. As for everything else? It was superb. The LINE restaurant was flawless. Excellent food and at a great price. The views and ground of the hotel were just magnificent. Only matched by the competence, kindness and efficency of the staff. "
