"Check in was to be at 3 p.m. computer glitch prevented it until 5:30. Was promised company would make amends, NOTHING. We had to drive all the way back to town to kill time, spent money and wasted gas. (at $4.99 gallon). Staff's hand were tied, but as polite as could be. No keys to check in. Checked in and tv did not work. After two employees worked on it, it was discovered THIS TV HAD TO WARM UP BEFORE IT WORKED. Flat screenLG tv??? Reserved ground floor disable room, got second floor, up terribly steep steps. Picture shows cabins, not two stories. You are miles from anything. TV did not work again next morning...til it warmed up. Very generous coffee amenity. Shower handle was the wierdest thing I have ever seen, two handed operation. Seems motels cannot clean baseboards in bathroom, always mold and dirt."

"Area was beautiful. Our mattress, comforter and pillows were all lumpy and uncomfortable. Food and drinks were insanely high. One white russian $22 before the tip. Price gauging ruins any trip yet people must pay it. Check-in at 4 pm is really late. We travel often and it’s never been so late. Overall it was disappointing. "

"Breakfast had a lot of options! We were running late and came down around closing time, they had cleaned things up but still had everything availabile and warm and no one rushed us out. Alexis and Zach were our front desk staff during our stay and honestly was the best customer service experience I've had in a long time. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Rustic cabin with mo running water or toilet in cabin. Bottled water supplied. Separate bath building with padlocks. Padlock key on hook in cabin. Micowave & mini fridge. 2 twin beds. Portable plug in heater. 1 extra outlets for charging phone or sleep apnea machine. Basics of cabin camping. Restaurant w bar on property! Nice people in community at bar! Better for summertime RV or cabin camping. "

"Rooms are very old and run-down, very little updated. Fixtures mismatched throughout and falling apart. Rooms are very smokey and dry due to indoor wood-burning stoves. LOTS of cobwebs throughout room."

"This place is a such a gem! It is cozy, well thought through and is the perfect stay for a quick getaway. I definitely plan to rebook this place. My friends and I booked this place since it was the middle point from Seattle and the gorge. We came for a music festival. For all you music lovers I highly recommend this place. The spot is an hour 1/2 from Seattle and hour away from the gorge a perfect “in-between” The owners have meticulously set this place up so efficiently maximizing all the space and using convenient furniture that make the living space so worth it . From the tiny sink in the master bedroom to the adjustable kitchen console table. These owners have really thought it through to give us a pleasant experience. Also to add The Futon bed they give you is actually soooo comfortable. The Cle Elum cabin is a place to stay! The cabin is very welcoming, and my friends and I felt so safe. To top it off the owners were so sweet to us being very accommodating to our stay and replying to our message very promptly. Book them while they’re still fresh, because they won’t be kept a secret for very long! To the homeowners: Thanks for everything, your stay gave us an experience we’ll never forget. Hope we can book with you in the future!! "
