"This was a nice property and close to great restaurants and shopping. The only option for the hotel is valet, and it’s extremely expensive. The self parking right next-door to the property is very inexpensive and convenient. For a weekend night I paid $13 for 24 hours. Versus $54 for valet."
"Judith and Doc are lovely hosts, as are Judy and Wilson, the pups that greeted me when I arrived. The home is full of charm and close to many restaurants. "
"It’s an old printing house that was converted into a hotel but smelled nice everywhere I went. The decors were from the Container Store. But there are signs that showed the age of the building from the small lobby to the baseboard. However, it has the facilities that a Marriott has, like the small store for quick meals, water, coffee at the lobby, and a small breakfast area. It doesn't have the contemporary feel like in the newer townplace suites in other cities.
The staff are very helpful and were very welcoming. There are a variety of decent restaurants nearby, but no shopping or convenient stores around for a bit more grocery shopping. I always love the fact that they have a real refrigerator and not a small one and a microwave to heat up my left over foods that I brought back from the conference, which was a 30-minute walk away. However, the neighborhood felt safe since their mostly residents walking their dogs at night and a lot of them work at the Denver Health building in front of the hotel and is actually across Denver Health’s guest parking lot. The vacant parking lots at night seemed to be worrisome. I would say take caution when walking at night."
"This hotel is amazing. Every staff member was very friendly and helpful. The roof top pool was a great hangout with great views and an amazing bartender. We are definitely staying again"
"Clean room but windows need to be washed. We could not get the WiFi to hook up so used our hot spot. Great location. Nice bar. Couldn't find a recycling bin anywhere."
