"We only ate the evening before our flight and it was OK we had to rise early to move the car as they said they were fully booked due to Crufts Dog Show. "

"The room was clean and tidy and represented good value for money. Weekend car parking was free and check in and check out was speedy. The whole atmosphere was friendly and the staff were very good. Bar food and drinks represented good value for money/ There were no boathooks in the room which could have been a problem during wet weather. There was also nowhere in the bathroom to hang wet swimwear. There were insufficient wrist bands available for the pool area meaning we did not have locker access and had to take our belongings poolside."

"Room was clean & we had a superior room so mini bar and robes was included. Reception staff could have made us aware that the guest entrance to the spa was not open so that we wasn’t walking around public areas in our robes, & then we were told the spa was full even though we had checked before leaving our room. Spa was lovely once inside relaxing and staff were friendly. Casino had a great atmosphere as did the high line bar . "

"The staff were very helpful & informative. The breakfast buffet could have more items however it was still decent. For breakfast, we were offered vegetarian sausages seperately as the buffet did not have any vegetarian sausages. That was very thoughtful of the staff. The room had everything we required, a hairdryer, a fridge (requested earlier), a fan & were able to adjust the heating in the room. The spa facilities were nice & clean."

"If you like decent coffee included in breakfast dont take this option. Breakfast was edible but that was jt and the beds were so soft and uncomfortable, the air con doesn't work properly either "

"Mixed reviews overall, my room was generally pretty clean however, I found a hair in the bathroom that definitely wasn't mine as it was about 6 inches long onnthe tiles of the shower, the window didnt stay open without wedging something underneath it, decor was tired and the TV was no bigger than a PC monitor and looked lost on the wall and wasnt vaguely visible from the bed and everytime the fridge in the room clicked on and off it turned the TV off and on again (annoying to say the least). The fitness area however was quite good, the pool was a tad on the cold side but a good size, steam room was good and the salt sauna was outstanding, found the main restaurant to be quite pricey (£80 a head for 3 courses) so gave it miss so cant comment on quality of food. Overall a decent stay but lacking in some areas and given the three figure cost not bad value for money but not great "

"The hotel was only half finished as of Apr 2026- the front doors don’t open properly, half the flooring is missing and there are notes apologising that the room fridge and safes aren’t available. There’s 2 other types of Ibis hotel right next to the airport- this one is a 15 minute walk away with no shuttle- I should have researched this, but it’s a lot less convenient than the others. "
