Absolutely beautiful location! Breathtaking views, away from town, secluded drive up the mountain. Very clean and easy to navigate through check in through check out. Partially furnished with kitchen/cooking supplies (pots and pans) but if planning to do a lot of it, I'd take your own supplies. Wonderful place for a weekend getaway and our favorite in Ruidoso! We will be booking there for our yearly trip.

Amazing location with a beautiful view. Room was dated but charming. Only complaint is that the king bed in the main room was rock hard. I’ll be coming back (with my own mattress topper)

It has a nice view, it is a quiet place. The property has some opportunities in its maintenance as doors don't lock properly and some common areas are not in their best.

Really nice view on the balcony. This was very high up on a mountain. The beds were okay nothing fancy but we had a good time. Definitely will come back again. There ia no fires for bbq at the stay but a place by the office where u can bbq

Property is cozy, roomy for 4 or 5 people, it is rustic wells blend with the view, you can enjoy nature and a fantastic mountain view with all the amenities you need for an enjoyable stay. The pool is heated, clean and the personnel is friendly. The only down side were the doors on the restrooms and bathroom didn't close well other than that is a great place to stay

Place has amazing Views and amenities. Also the spaces of every room is more than adequate. Although is true that some details may show its age, is not overwhelming and the everything works as expected.

The reviews for the property were mostly accurate---the condo buildings are quite dated and not the cleanest, but the views and hand--feeding the deer roaming about the property simply could not be beat! Very relaxing nature surroundings create an otherworldly feeling while being there. Was sad to go back to the city :-(

So so....

Not a bad place to stay but just not great either. Very out dated, it's like a time warp into the 70s. Our room had a smell, I think it was just the age of the building, because it wasn't dirty. The one good thing is that you have an amazing view. But our rooms sliding door leading to the balcony was inoperable. Like I said, it's not bad and it's not great. It's meh....
