"Very good and professional service. Wonderful decor of the place. Everything was very clean except the night stand had a sticky drink stains, and the smell in the lobby is not welcoming. As the hotel is based by airport the suitcase wheels friendly access to the front door from the footpath would be nice improvement. "

"We got there around 6pm ( check in is at 4pm ) but we still had to wait for the room due to "having a big party" checking out. The front desk person had an attitude during the entire check in process. We got the room at the highest floor.... great. Few huge luggage bags etc and the elevator is out of order... of course the front desk didn’t really care about the issue. The beds are not comfortable at all. Breakfast next day was ok but the overall stay at this hotel definitely not good overall. We travel quite a bit and this place has a lot to learn. Wouldn't stay again if it was free."
"Excellent attentive service from a top class receptionist. The hotel is full of character with nice gardens. Food was good. Rooms comfortable despite a creaky bed. Corridors were a little chilly but then I would expect that in an historic building. Overall a great find in a handy location and definitely worth a repeat visit. "
