There was a hidden charge with name as facility fee / charge which was around $110 that I had to pay. Expedia should have told me about such a charge if it exist.

Gorgeous hotel with historical charm. Lobby was beautiful and restaurants excellent. We will try The Tonga room next visit. Customer service is excellent. Staff is kind and very helpful. Juan was professional, charming and warmly greeted us every day. He knows the city and gave great walking directions. Cameron was professional and extremely helpful. He made our check in pleasant. We will definitely be back!
