"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Btittany was very kind. Otherwise the TV didn’t work, the chair was broken, and the freezer was caked with frost. The include breakfast was a granola bar and coffee. The walls are thin and we heard every cough from next door and the dog barks. The rate was very affordable, but we expected what was there to be functional."

"Booked a hotel room for two nights. Was left standing there on the phone for an hour and a half with my kids in the lobby with me because the hotel apparently didn’t have my reservation in the computer. When I had multiple confirmation emails and called Expedia and they said that my reservation was there on their end. Ended up being moved to another hotel that didn’t have a pool, so my kids were all bummed out. That’s the reason we booked this one in the first place. The poor front desk guy was very nice, but I felt bad because he was new and didn’t have an idea on what to do either. I don’t think he shouldn’t been left there alone if it was only his second day working there. Won’t be booking here again. "
