The master room was massive and decorated nicely. "I wasn’t happy it’s not a real hotel but that was forgotten as soon as I walked in. Beautiful room with an amazing hot tub and fireplace. I could have spent the whole vaca here. I relaxed and slept well. Highly highly recommend and will stay here again for sure!"

"The stay at the cottage was good. It is positioned on a busy road but it quiets down later at night. There is a shop at the petrol station that has everything you will need for the stay and close to bus tops to take to Ambleside and Windermere. The beds are on the soft side but not uncomfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped but he had to buy paper kitchen towels, bin bags and dishwasher tablets. All in all, our stay was great. We would stay here again. "

"Spacious, comfortable room situated close to an event we were attending (5-10 minute drive). Room well equipped - brewing facilities are always a big bonus! Breakfast buffet was well stocked and had a good choice of items - some more visible guidance near the toaster would be helpful for those unfamiliar with the make and how it works. The only stressful aspect of the stay was lack of parking space letter on the Saturday evening - unsure where we were allowed to 'overflow' to. Overall pleasant stay, suited our needs and would return again "
