"Had not been informed of extra charges, when arranging earlier check in, and checked this prior to making booking ,direct with hotel and a few days before checking in. Pool changing, had to get them to bring clean towels, as was overflowing with dirty wet ones, changing area was not clean. At breakfast had to ask for fresh eggs, as the ones available had been sitting there a while.overall experience not enjoyable."

"Honestly can’t fault it. The room was good, the bar area and restaurant very decent, staff good, car parking nice and easy. Would definitely use it again if I’m in the area."

"On arrival we found a vehicle and a van in the blue badge parking bays neither had a badge. It took a while for them to be moved so we could park. We paid for breakfast but on accessing in the morning we were denied by the most cheeky and arrogant member of staff. I spoke to the duty manager and she apologised and eventually sorted access to breakfast. She dealt with the situation in a calm and professional manner unlike the other staff member who still flung her arms about and continued being abusive.. The proffesional manager was really good and actually reimbursed our payment her name was monica cobaru and a credit to the company. Room was clean and location was good bathroom was really clean and bed was extremely comfortable"

"It was going to cost £35 each way in an Uber to get the hotel which meant another £70 onto the cost, I was tired and had an early fight next morning so I booked myself into the Premier Inn that was actually right at the airport. Disappointed with the hotel not making it clear of the distance and Hotels.com for not making it clear when it is not actually at the airport. I also called the hotel and they said that they had no booking for me. Very disappointed all round! "

"We arrived in time for early entry on day 1 but still had to queue so had to queue to get through security etc. A handful of rides were open but they did include croc drop and mandrill so we quickly did those and then waitied for Dragons Fury which opened on time. Lunch at the BBQ restaurant was expensive for what it was but this is common at most parks. Our room was ready by 2.30pm so we went abd checked in a bit early. The room was ok. Good voews of the animals who seemed to be out 24/7. We saw them before it got dark and again at 5.30am. Not much in the eay of entertainment at the hotel. The publicised meet and greets and ganes etc were cancelled and there was a sort of treasure hunt instead shich was ok. Dinner, sadly, was awful in the Temple Buffet - barely warm food (despite being early in the dinner service at 5.30pm), lacking in taste but the kids were ok with their sausages, chips and beans and puddings. No fruit was avaialble on the buffet at dinner and very little that's healthy. For £100 for a family of 4 it was very expensive for what was on offer. In the room the bathroom had shampoo and shower gel but quite high up so no good for use whilst in the bath. Breakfast buffet was ok - finally some fruit! The small plates reduce what you take but also make it hard for kids to cut their food easily. At least it was hot this time though! Day 2 we checked out easily and queued again for early entry. Not many rides ready. Overall an ok stay"
