Excellent Stay!

The grandkids and I had a wonderful stay, though it was only overnight. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made grandma VERY happy! We had a wonderful night's rest. The kids were super excited to see breakfast had a waffle maker!

Great place to stay

Friendly and helpful staff, hot breakfast set up early every morning. Dryer wasn’t working and a staff member dried my travel partners clothes for him.

Room was neat. A little older in decor. The window sheer was ripped in multiple places. While the tub lower area and toilet was clean, the shower walls had multiple pubic hairs on them. The shower curtain appeared to have multiple spots of black mold.

Beds were very comfortable. Our original room smelled like cigarette smoke but the front desk staff apologized and immediately gave us another room which was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast, and it starts at 5am which is great for hitting the road early. Perfect for just a one night stay on the road

Great staff.

Nice facility. The staff was the most friendly and helpful we have seen in many years of traveling. Always a smile waiting for you. Our checkin person was really great with directions to several different locations. Always done with a smile. Would not hesitate in staying there again.

It was a very clean nice hotel. The stsff was super nice and sweet. The only reason i didnt give 5 stars across the board is because the bed was the worst thing ever. I swear it had to be 50 years old hard as a rock, lumpy.

The woman who checked us in was quite competent and nice looking, however, her nose ring was off-putting, a major detractor. There was a 2" crack under the door, we blocked it off with some of our belongings. The bathroom door was a pocket door, had never seen that in a hotel, but it was nice. The room was clean, except around the edges, but it was not bothersome. The room was quiet and comfortable.

The room I had was dated, and the worst thing about it was that there were hundreds of flies in the room. It was discusting. I talked to management but they didn’t care. Stay anyplace but here. Worst motel I have stayed at.

Double charged

Irritated, but room was good and clean. Good for the price. The reason I am irritated is I paid for the room through a third party online booking service and I was charged a different price on check out after talking with the attendant and telling her it was already paid for and she said it would credit back to my account which it didnt and was corrected a few days later by another person. Should happen.

Bad room

Well. Not so good. I was given a room that was already occupied. The am was in the shower. It was quite embarrassing!!! Got another room (upstairs) even though I told her I had a bad knee and shouldn’t be on the stairs. She just shrugged her shoulders and handed me the key card. Then there was so much noise outside my room it felt like there was an animal under my bed bouncing up and down. I got very little sleep.

On advertisement of the property there were photos of a outdoor pool. When we arrived the pool had a cover preventing us to swim. Our stay was in July. If I knew a head of time the pool was closed I wouldn't have stayed there. It is very outdated. No elevators, room was on the second floor so we had heavy luggage to drag up. The room had dust along the floor boards where there was a lack of vacuuming. The positive about this location was the suite was a large room with two huge TVs.

Waste of money

It was apparent when we walked in our room that it had not been vacuumed. There were small pieces of trash all over the floor. The rest of room appeared to be clean. The bathtub didn’t drain well. I was uncomfortable because there was a group of several men a couple of doors down that watched my daughter, my grandkids and I walk by and all the way to our room. The breakfast was okay. We will not be staying there again if my granddaughter has another tournament there. I will gladly pay more for a different hotel.

This Best Western is an exceptional value. From the courteous and helpful staff to the clean and well maintained rooms to the many adjacent restaurant options to the hot breakfast, it all makes for a very pleasant stay at a darn good price!
