Really nice, modern hotel to stay for Europa Park. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The roof bar was great, too

Ein sehr modernes Hotelgebäude in idealer Lage für einen Besuch im Europapark. Besonders gut hat uns das Restaurant und die Bar auf dem Dach gefallen – mit schöner Terrasse, angenehmem Ambiente, stilvoller Musik, leckeren Getränken und beeindruckender Aussicht. Das Barpersonal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Sehr nettes Personal. Wir sind montags morgen um 1000 Uhr angekommen und durften gleich einchecken (1500 Uhr normalerweise). Die Fenix Gaststätte kann ich nur empfehlen super Speisen und coole Getränke Auswahl. Die Lage und die Aussicht von der Terrasse sind unglaublich alles im allen toll.

We stayed here for Easter to visit Europapark, turned out to be perfect with only a very pleasant 10 minute walk to the park entrance, buses were available, lovely roof top bar and restaurant and the staff were amazing

Unterkunft war gut, sehr schönes Zimmer und Bad. Leider war es in meinem Zimmer abends immer sehr laut, ich denke es kam vom Lokal oberhalb. Und dass ging leider bis spät in die Nacht. Personal war sehr freundlich.

Convenient for Europapark. Very noisy through ceiling and walls. Beds very uncomfortable. Rooftop restaurant was pricy but good atmosphere. Service was inconsistent. Room cleaned well everyday.

Leider hat es im Bad sehr nach Abwasser gerochen und Ablagemöglichkeiten gab es im Bad gar nicht. Das Waschbecken war unpraktisch. 17€ für das Frühstück waren definitiv nicht gerechtfertigt.

Hôtel à 20min à pied de l'entrée principale d'Europa Park. Hôtel rénové, literie confortable. Machine à café a dosettes, il manque une bouilloire. A noter qu'il y a un restaurant en roof top, juste au dessus des chambres et que la musique ne s'arrête qu'à minuit, si cela peut vous gêner, demandez une chambre au RDC.

Europapark 이용을 위해 숙박했습니다. 친절한 직원분과 상대적으로 깨끗한 시설입니다. 상대적으로 저렴한만큼 고급호텔은 아닙니다. 식당은 이용해 보지 않아 모르겠으며, 방음이 잘 되지 않아 복도의 소리 때문에 저녁에 잠들기에 지장이 있었습니다. 욕실에 샤워커튼이 없어 물이 많이 튀었습니다

Jätte trevligt hotell. Kan tänka mig att boka det igen. Parkeringen skulle även ge oss gratis parkering vid Europa-Park men det funkade inte. Kan även instämma i andras kommentarer om att duschens vatten kommer ut mycket på golvet i badrummet. Man hör inget ljud av grannar med ljud från korridoren och stolarna från restaurangen hörs tydligt på rummet. Men inget som störde våran vistelse.

Nous sommes arrivés devant la porte d’entrée de la chambre et là, les clés ne fonctionnaient pas. La chambre était mal nettoyée, des traces d’usage des WC étaient encore au fond des toilettes.
