Sehr netter Eigentümer

In wenigen geheimsten ist man im Europapark. Durch die Kurkarte ist ein kostenloses Parken auf dem Europapark Parkplatz möglich. Dieses würde sonst 6€ am Tag kosten. Von unserer Dachgeschosswohnung konnte man den Leuchtturm, das Riesenrad und die großen Achterbahnen sehen. Kleinere Abnutzungsspuren waren an einigen der modernen Einrichtungen zu sehen, womit man jedoch in einer Gegend in der viele Kinder übernachten rechnen muss und es nicht störend war. Hay que llamar a un número de teléfono para concretar como sería la entrega de llaves pero nadie nos contestó. Así que llegamos al apartamento sin saber que nos encontraríamos.

Nice and clean near the park max stay 2 night and free park no park view as he say and owner are not friendly with as he take fee for every small thing.

Gut gelegenes Hotel und sehr sauber

Sehr saubere und schöne Zimmer. Einzig was uns gestört hat war, dass an einem Fenster kein Vorhang war und nicht abgedunkelt werden konnte. Um 05:30 war es bereits hell! Das Hotel ist nicht mal 5min. vom Europapark entfernt, top Lage. Frühstücksbüffet war ok, mehr nicht. Alles sehr sauber und einladend.

Sehr schöne Zimmer, in 15 Minuten ist man im EP.

In nur 15 Minuten ist man im Europapark, allerdings gibt es da um einiges nähere Alternativen. Es ist ein Wohnhaus, das in eine Art Hotel umgebaut wurde. Um rein zu kommen muss man eine eine Nummer anrufen, welche an der Tür auf einem Papier aufgeschrieben ist. Ohne Anruf keine Chance. Desweiteren verhielt sich das Personal seltsam.

J'ai passé une bonne nuit, mais il faut bien lire les conditions quant vous réserver, 15€ de ménage en plus et obligatoire, alourdit considérablement la note.

Der einzige Minuspunkt,den wir dem Hotel geben müssen, ist wegen dem total verstopfften Abfluss in der Dusche.Das Bad stand innert Sekunden unter Wasser.Sonst haben wir sehr freundlichen Service erlebt.Ideal für Familien.

Hôtel non fiable

Il n'y a eu personne sur place lors de notre arrivée. Sauf d'autres familles qui attendaient à être relogées car les chambres étaient déjà louées au moins quatre fois. Ensuite un Monsieur est venu. Tout d'abord en nous disant qu'il n'avait pas de réservation à notre nom.... Après un contact avec Hôtels.com, il a retrouvé notre réservation mais nous avons été logés dans d'autres chambres, dans un autre quartier.

Beware of "extra" fees!

Modern, clean and spacious rooms but added "cleaning" fee and local tax added on top of price with pushy owner demanding to be paid in cash! Avoid.

Het appartement was groot,schoon en netjes. Alleen de Tv werkte niet, er was wel een waterkoker maar bijvoorbeeld geen kopjes en/of glazen. De koelkast was een vriezer geworden doordat hij niet goed was afgesteld. De gastvrouw was totaal niet gastvriendelijk eerder een angstig teruggetrokken muisje. met de klacht die we bij haar deden over de TV die niet werkte, is niets gedaan. Wel een lekker rustig appartement op loopafstand van het pretpark waar we eigenlijk voor kwamen. Ze zouden nog wel wat aan het licht mogen doen om het gezellig te maken.

Guesthouse à Rust-Europapark

Chambre sympa, propre et grande. Sous le toit d'une maison d'hôte. Le petit frigo est un plus, par contre, il manque un chauffe eau pour réchauffer le biberon de bébé. Il est possible de se rendre à pieds à Europapark, ce n'est pas loin du tout.

Un bon rapport qualité prix au final

Bonjour tout d abord nous avions réserve un hôtel sur votre site qui propose une chambre double à un prix attractif une fois réserve l hôtel en question nous apelle pour nous dire que c'est complet donc un peu surpris on vous appelle donc la vous nous relogé dans un hôtel pour le même prix qui et très bien mais à la fin du séjour au moment de rendre les clefs la dame de l accueille nous demende de paye la différence. Donc on vous rappelle bal bla bla et au final tout et rentre dans l ordre ! Mais bon pour réserve une nuit d hôtel si il faut passé 7coup de téléphone je trouvent sa un peu trop
