"It had a nice lounge area. The main bedroom is a little on the small size with not much room to get round the double bed and the bedding smelt musty. One bathroom for 3 bedrooms? Overall ok but probably would not stay again."

"The accommodation was clean and well equipped. With it being next to the railway the noise of trains wasn't a problem. It was actually good when the steam trains going past."

"Great location for Saltburn & Whitby, lovely, quiet village. Sunday lunch was delicious, big portions, very good value for money. Would highly recommend. The room was clean & very comfortable with fantastic views. The bed was very comfy too. The staff were all very friendly and attentative. Will definitely visit again. "

Whether I was heading out to explore the hubbub or grab a bite at nearby restaurants, everything was just outside the door. The room was stylish, with little touches that make a stay feel special. The decor was fresh and the space was laid out really well. The staff were helpful and friendly. I’d definitely stay here again."

"The place was very clean very large room and bathroom the hosts where so kind lovely breakfast and coffee host’s accommodated our celiac and lactose indolence which I was very grateful about great stories really recommend for a cosy place to stay "
