"My room was on 22nd floor and the hotel was mid renovation on that floor, so it was in a poor state, lots of workers and lots of noise. The shower pressure was truly terrible, to the point it was very difficult to use. No coffee or water in the rooms. Lifts broke down with us inside once… the hotel in general was a little tired. Staff were generally nice, and the room I was in had just be renovated so was quite nice inside."

"Didn’t get greeted properly, it’s smell like pure weed by the entrance, the water of the pool was not clean, and just to go to the pool with the wheelchair we had to go through the kitchen because there was no entrance through the other two door for a wheelchair. "

Room definitely could have been cleaner- found baby wipes under the couch from previous guest.. another family used every pool towel- asked front desk if they had more- was told housekeeping wasn’t in. Hotel bar never opened at all Tuesday when scheduled 5-10pm. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to a friend, or stay again, but it wasn’t horrendous. Staff was fairly friendly. Breakfast was great."

"The hotel was close to bus transportation and restaurants. The free parking was much appreciated. The staff was warm and helpful."

"Hotel is very convenient for transit into Manhattan. Our room, 2 queen beds was quite big. Unfortunately the pool and fitness room were out of service. Breakfast was a to-go bag which was fine. Front desk people were helpful and nice. Don't expect a 4 star hotel, overall it was a pleasant stay."
