"The location was good, the pricing was good, and it was very clean, but the site fell short in almost every other category. The section we were in was very new, but seemed very diy. The layout was very awkward and seemed like an afterthought. The lighting was terrible. Cute fixtures for task lighting, but lacking in overall lighting. There was a clothing rack, but no closet. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, but broke when we sat down to take off our shoes. We looked under the mattress and found missing slats; a couple were loose and came out when we sat on the foot of the bed.
The kitchen was under construction. We submitted a breakfast request upon check-in and were told it would be delivered and placed in our fridge. When we got back later that day there was no breakfast. We called around 9:30 to say we wanted to turn in, if it could be delivered in the next half hour we'd appreciate it. It never came. We left the next morning before the front desk opened and never received a callback.
We called in the morning when there was no water. We called both the front desk and the emergency number. We never received a call back. It was fixed when we got back. No notice or explanation, and breakfast was delivered.
The breakfast was decent, except one half of the English muffin in the breakfast sandwich was too hard to eat, in both of our sandwiches.
The TV had 2 remotes and a satellite, but the instructions and channels didn't match."
"Room was clean. Bed not the most comfortable but fine for a one night stay. Noisy people in middle of night in the hallway meant we didn't get a great night's sleep. Breakfast was good, but the tables could have used a wipe down. One person was trying to do it all and he was struggling to keep up. Overall good for a quick one night stay on the road. "
"When we checked in, the employee that checked us in was awesome. She was very sweet and welcoming. When we got into room, we were pleased with how nice it was but The bathroom was on the smaller side.
When we went to go and use the pool, the door stated to go and get towels at the front desk. When we went up to the front desk to get some towels, we were told that they were all out. We also went up to ask for extra bedding and pillows for the pull out couch and were told that they didn’t have any extra bedding. A few minutes later, someone knocked on the door with an additional pillow. That was nice.
We went and had breakfast at the restaurant and it was good. Large portions for decent price.
One of the only things that really bothered us was that the tv are smart tvs but we weren’t able to access anything other than cable. The tv was extremely boring. Overall, we enjoyed the pool and the beds we’re comfortable."
