As I am recovering from knee surgery, she kindly offered us a downstairs room with easier access, which made a huge difference to my comfort. She truly went the extra mile and was exceptionally kind, professional, and caring. The hotel is very dog-friendly, and we felt genuinely looked after throughout our stay. "Was good to upgrade the room for a beach side-on very. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was included and was very filling. We ate in the restuarant the first night and had great food. Would recommend the steak! Staff were very friendly. Also used the outdoor and indoor pools. They were nicely appointed and the outdoor pool was larger enough to feel that you were getting some excercise done, not just messing about in the water. Being on the sea front with the beach nearby and also the town and theatres with in easy walk meant the hotel was in a good location."
