"Als wir einchecken wollten sollten wir sofort unsere 3 Übernachtungen und das Frühstück bezahlen wir waren es gewohnt immer am Ende zu bezahlen. Das Bad war sauber aber beim Zimmer der Fußboden war staubig so das meine Strümpfe dreckig waren. "No hot water in room first night. Fixed next day. Both nights very noisy from restaurant cleaning below room. Had to make reservation for pool and spa area, but it quickly filled up with people. Some brought alcohol to hot tub. Small children were jumping in and out of hot tub. Don't know why reservation was needed or rules about alcohol and children were posted. "The room was clean, but they could clean the limescale from the shower glass. Slippers, a bathrobe, and a safe were available. The breakfast was good, but the selection was average and most things disappeared quickly and were not replenished. What we missed were bedside tables."

"Miss Sophie is a cute little boutique hotel located on top of her coffee shop. We had breakfast at the coffee shop while we were waiting for our room to be ready. Then we climbed two flights of not so wonderful steps. But when we got to our room, we were really happy! They have managed to keep the history of the place and still make it modern. It’s in a great location, walkable to the tram and the two major squares."
