"Breakfast menu was better than standard for a hotel. The thing that sets this hotel apart has to be the staff. It’s everyone there! The frontdesk was always kind, helpful, efficient; the housekeeping was also! The shuttle guys were almost all great, one was a little rude, but I would be too driving in that traffic. I do feel the shuttle guys boogie and do a great job, we never waited long, the maintenance people were even friendly! We were on the first floor, the room was a bit tight and the counter in the bathroom was oddly low. I am glad we weren’t at the hotel much, because I would not have enjoyed that. Pool area was very clean also."

"I think that my review for this hotel was posted in my review for the Best Western Park Hotel. So the place is old but it is updated. Lucia from the front desk was awesome. We were welcome with warm cookies and smiles. The place is clean and tidy. They may need to work on changing their doors and bracebridge as well as their ceilings. It is what is making the place tied to the old building. Parking was a breeze. A pool would be great. It was otherwise a great stay. "
