Overall, we had a great stay at the Anantara. Staff showed dedication and passion. Shout-outs to Jimmy, Plathong, Fit and colleagues at the sea sports hut, and Tar at the Chang Club. Property was very well-maintained, and staff were ever-attentive. Only downside was the uncomfortable insistence that guests pay for pricey bottled water at the restaurants, when clearly, they were able to get free drinking water elsewhere on premises and in their room. Service was top notch. The breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I ever had. Almost everything is made in-house or sourced locally including bread,pastry, sugar cane, honey etc. They even made their own cold-drip coffee. I had to leave early on the day of check-out and the lovely staff packed a nice box of takeaway breakfast complete with coffee so that I don't go hungry on the way to the airport. Really really nice vacation with the best service ever

Perfect Hotel in Surin. The room was brand new and very spacious with all the comfort possible. Only one thing, bring your tooth brush or you'll have to pay for one. The hotel is perfect for a couple date. Breakfast is very good with plenty of choices, swimming pool warm and big with a small "river" passing in front of the premium's rooms (lagoon). Hotel staff helpful and cheerful. Hotel location is perfect at 5min walking to Surin beach. Was a great stay.
