The location is fantastic, near the popular DMZ restaurant. Lots of other restaurants and travel agents nearby. Great price for the budget traveller, I got my room for under $20 USD a night. Staff was helpful but some struggled with with their English so we communicated with a translate app. All friendly. It was my second time there (2023 being the first), and it will be my hotel of choice again when I return to Hue.

Banyan Tree is a wonderful resort; recommended for anyone wanting to relax in Luxury

Great and wonderful helpful and above and beyond staff. Large area to walk on the beach and within the property. Wonderful Spa experience. Although far from external food options (you’ll need transportation) Food within the venue was great! Some are reasonably priced and some are a little high for what was presented. There’s also a buggy you can take to Bayan Tree property which is 5 mins buggy away provided by the hotel for other food options (but pricier). As mentioned to the property, given the extensive humidity, drinks weren’t very cold and cocktail and drink options was limited which they need to work on asap. Amenities such as the pool is great and large to accommodate guests and kids. A bell or buzzer would be helpful at the beach sunbeds since it’s rather far for staff to see if you need or want yo to order food & drinks. Building itself needs to be maintained as it’s obvious thatt the workmanship isn’t at its best. But lots of construction happening so the expansion of the property is clear, but hopefully they can manage to maintain and present better construction work. Overall, amazing place if you want privacy, quiet place to rest in peace. Again, amazing, friendliness and caring Staff!

Located right on walking st. Where they block car access in the evening. Lively st. on the weekends just at your doorstep. Lots of food, cafe, drinks, pubs, pharmacy, etc. Nice price for a good size room and comfy bed. Window looks out at Seaview with a nice sunset. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Showers are large and have some newer features. Fan and air con work great and cool off quickly. Great location and easily walkable to many places.
