Really nice for the price. Not really five star resort but close to it. Everything was above expectations. View is spectacular. Also pickleball courts across the street! Highly recommend for a stay in Sapa! You won't regret it!

Good clean rooms with good view of the valley. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices. About 15 minutes walk from the Sapa square, from where you could take the cable car to Fansipan base station. So all in all a good place to stay. Also plenty of restaurants short walk from the 15th floor exit. (The hotel has to exits, one on first floor and the other on the 15th floor which is closer to the restaurants and markets.

This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The property is well maintained and the the staff is amazing. The only drawback is that the hotel is overrun by large tour groups. The breakfast experience was chaotic
