The hotel was clean and perfectly located for Fansipan. We had a bungalow which was excellent. There was a large spread for breakfast and a lot of vegetarian options as well.

The rooms were amazing and extremely clean and well maintained. Staff were lovely and always happy to help. Spa and pool are just amazing. Highly recommend staying here, just wish we stayed longer

The hotel is beautiful surrounded with mountains view and foods are delicious. I highly recommend if you wamt to go downtown they have shuttle to take you there although they have scheduled so you better booked. Just heads up the item on the fridge in your room are not free, if you want to go around better to book a car at g8 open tour for 1 million will take you to tourist spot for whole day with your choice of attraction. I will come back here again fansipan is the best which located near the hotel.

We stayed in the Moc Bungalow with plenty of space, wonderful views and buggy rides whenever needed. Breakfast buffet was awesome; the choices were plenty, fresh and delicious! From check-in to checkout, all the staff were helpful, friendly and informative. We needed to leave early morning and they packed a takeaway picnic with fresh juice and coffee. We had 90 minute massages that took away all stress. Awesome views into the mountains/fog while enjoying the infinity pool. Liked the setup of that pool where we could move directly to the indoor hottub and back. Free shuttle to downtown made exploring easy. We stayed 3 nights; well worthwhile. All in all, we highly recommend staying here.

A fantastic hotel - the staff were all excellent - the General Manager Mr Nguyen Van Phuong was really helpful and made our stay very special. The views from the hotel were incredible and it was truly a 5 star hotel. Breakfast one of the best and most varied we have ever encountered. Room was spacious and comfortable. A short taxi ride from Sapa town centre. Superb!

We absolutely loved this hotel. The room was huge and spacious and very modern with lots of amenities. The bed was super comfortable and when it was sunny, the view was absolutely incredible! The hotel was a bit out of Sa Pa town but they have a regular shuttle bus!

Our stay at Lady Hill Resort was exceptional from start to finish. The room was modern, spotless, and offered a stunning panoramic view of the mountains. The pool and hot tub also showcased the same incredible scenery, making for a truly relaxing experience. The gym was well-maintained and equipped with everything needed for a solid workout, including both weights and cardio machines. Breakfast was superb—a generous spread that catered beautifully to both Eastern and Western tastes. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend Lady Tree Resort to anyone visiting Sapa.
