Property is built on a hill so you get some nice views. Room wasps
big and bathroom had a separate shower with hot water. Bed had electric blanket as the room doesn’t have heat. Breakfast Pho was delicious. Would stay here again.

Great budget hotel.
What a wunderful budget hotel, well worth the $23 au we paid. Away from the madness, great views, a little bit up the hill but that is where you want to be in gone to the dogs Sapa, greed and rampant construction are killing this place.
