Such helpful staff. Beautiful facilities - the buildings, gardens, paths, rooms, cups in the rooms, the fitout of the bathrooms. Everything was gorgeous. The views over the surrounding valley were so serene. Fabulous place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle of Sapa township. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Amazing stay at a quiet place, beautiful bungalows with a great view. Close to the nature, helpful staff and a pool and sauna to enjoy after days of hiking. Highly recommend!
We loved our stay at Jade Hill. The cabins are comfortable and peaceful, away from the city centre. Incredible views! Schedule for shuttle system to town is not that convenient with only 3 per day. However, inexpensive by taxi. We enjoyed the pool and spa facilities which were nice. I would recommend to anyone visiting Sapa area.
Room was ok. Only 1 channel on the TV worked and froze half the time.
Breakfast buffetbwas great with lots of options!
We did a couples 90 min massage and 30 min Red Dao Herbal bath which was absolutely incredible. Both of us had probably the best massage we have ever had.
Our masseuses were Huong and Chuyen. If you can book either of these two amazing ladies do it!!!! Very good prices as well.
I’ve thought long and hard about writing this but feel I have to be honest. The place can’t position itself as posh international resort without addressing the following:
Customer service training for staff - they are all lovely but there is never any visible management to support them, they are inexperienced and struggle to communicate without a translation app. Consequently lots of things get lost or confused in translation
The site is not great for anyone with mobility issues. Too steep, too spread out.
I didn’t sign up to being in a damp
cabin which is a mile walk round trip for breakfast/gym
The gym is mostly
broken and not up to the standard of a spa
The staff are indeed lovely but they are crying out for leadership - currently that is invisible
The food is mediocre and expensive. Hearing someone repeatedly coughing up phlegm in the kitchen whilst we were eating was not pleasant
All around is a building site whilst the expand - the roads and pavements are covered in mud

We liked the property's internal ambience, the swimming pool, the views from some of the bungalows/villas and the friendliness, professionalism and hard work of the staff and management. We disliked the noisy and dirty surroundings outside the property

Very friendly, professional, caring and hard working staff and management. The ambience within the property and the views from many of it's parts are beautiful
No thing to complain. Our trip was very smooth from the start. We had good sleep and wonderful local food without going out of the resort. The scenery view is signature of Sapa. We only went to the town for shopping souvenirs, otherwise would happily stay in the resort for the whole time
장점
The views were absolutely stunning, overlooking the valley below was a truly wonderful sight. The resort is only partly constructed though and noisy building work started before 7am every day. The road between reception and the room was so filthy our clothes were marked with mud and cement on nearly every trip between the two.

Don’t stay here
Chose the sapa jade hill from recommendation of a Friend. Was told can have a padi field view in the room. The resort also looked great on the website. What a mistake ! The resort is so far from town and no amenities at all. Difficult to even get food. There is also no padi fields in sight. The buggy that’s supposed to pick us to and from our room can take a Long time to come. Sometimes you have to call them a few times before they send the buggy. We were 40 mins late for our dinner appointment Because the buggy didn’t come. The daily afternoon mist that last till the next morning makes things much worse. You cannot see beyond your outstretched hands. It’s so dangerous driving in and out of the resort. Our driver got lost on few occasions even after 2 days I don’t blame him because you simply cannot see the roads at all. I am surprised we didn’t get into any accidents.
Wanted to see the infinity pool that looked so gorgeous on the website but the staff told us it’s not completed yet. He even Had the audacity to tell us to come back next month when it MAY be completed. I doubt that it would be.
Wanted to take the horse rides but the staff said it was cancelled because the current horse (singular) is too young. Anyway got to see and pat the pony and told some photos.

Better to eat in Sa Pa
The accommodations looked nice but the walls are so thin you can hear the neighbors in the loft either side. The food in the resort restaurant wasn't worth the price paid. We tried different foods both vietnamese and western and both were disappointing (my wife is vietnamese, i am western). The food in the town was mutch better, i suggest eating in Sa Pa town where the food is a quarter of the price and far better quality.
