I came in a night bus so i had to pay more to check in very early morning, which is fair. The room is a little outdated and the air is dump, maybe because i was in the downstairs floor. But it was comfortable and the area is great a lot of restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel is not working but they have great view on the roof. The suff was amazing, they helped me with everything i needed, made me tea when i was sick.

A room with a view

The mountain view room was a great comfortable room with two double beds, lovely linen, cubicle shower in the bath, and a wow view. The location is central, close to Fancipan station and all the action. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Booked a room in this hotel for three nights. Unfortunately, I had to check out early. I was given a room on the second floor and the room was incredibly mildewy. I had difficulty breathing in the room, especially when trying to sleep. I didn’t think much of it at first, but I ended up with a cough that lasted for a few days. My friends and I booked a trek & homestay the next day, so luckily I didn’t have to spend the second night in the hotel, but I knew I couldn’t spend another night in the room once I returned. I tried to switch my room since one of my friends had a room on the fifth floor and had no issues, but all the other rooms were booked out. The staff were very apologetic and offered to have my room cleaned, but there was no changing the state of the room in such a short time. I eventually decided to check out early and get a room at another hotel a few buildings down. Another friend who was on the third floor had to do the same. Overall, the location and staff are good, but the hotel (or at least floors three and down) fails to do its most basic thing: provide a safe place to sleep.

This is a new property and the owners took care in designing it and decorating it. The room was spacious with the same amazing view as from the lobby/Dining Room. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Ein. I don't know what her job title was because she did everything. She noted each of my needs and acted promptly and without reminders needed. There is heat in the room for those cold Sa Pa winters (use the sun icon.) There is no heat in the dining room but a simple shawl was enough to warm me up and every evening the staff build a fire in the fireplace as well as on especially cold morning. The location is central, the property has an elevator (!), the food is good and breakfast included (Western or Asian). What more could you ask? And for a very reasonable pricel!

방음 최악..

방음이 얼마나 안되냐면요.. 옆방 떠드는 소리 다 들리고 코코는 소리 커플들 잭스하는 소리 다 들려요.. 구냥 대나무들로만 옆방과 분리했다고 생각하면 쉬우시려나.. 그리고 수압이 매우 약하고 샤워기 필터 가져갔는데 이틀만에 샛노랗게 되어서 너무나 놀랬어요 ㅎㅎ 밖에 보이는 사파뷰는 환상적인데 그것 빼고는 다 최악이었습니다 ㅎㅎ.. 아 조식은 먹을만 해요 ㅎㅎ

Satisfied

This hotel was perfect for me to enjoy the trip to Sapa. Location was close to everywhere in Sapa, including city center, CatCat Village and all other necessary places to visit. All the staff was really kind and helped me a lot. The gave us all the travel information and made reservations for the tour program. The view from the room(mountain-view) and restaurant was fantastic, and the breakfast was also amazing. Definitely recommend this hotel and will visit again someday. Especially if you arrive Sapa with sleeping bus from Hanoi, ask at the front for early check-in. If the room is available, they will provide you with a reasonable price.

Địa điểm của khách sạn gần một số điểm tham quan nổi tiếng ở Sapa như Bản Cát Cát, núi Hàm Rồng, Bản Tả Van, nên tiết kiệm thời gian di chuyển. Nội thất khách sạn còn mới, nhất là giường nệm cứng với độ nhún vừa phải nên nằm không đau lưng. Nhân viên rất vui vẻ và nhiệt tình, hỗ trợ tư vấn các điểm tham quan ở Sapa mỗi ngày tùy theo thời tiết. Nói chung, đánh giá của tôi là rất hài lòng với khách sạn Nature View.

No 1 hotel in Sapa

I can really recommend this hotel. Staff super nice, manager super helpfull and speaks well english! The bed, pillow and blankets where the best we have had the whole trip, breakfast really good to! But most important, it has big windows with a fantastic view and also a nice view from the restaurant. I think it has a super locaition to, close to the villages if you wanna walk and close to the city, restaurants and bars. For the price is it a the absolut best place in Sapa!
