However, given the age and style of the building, it’s understandable and didn’t detract too much from the overall experience. The staff is friendly, though they speak only German, which might be a bit challenging for non-German speakers. "My experience was great. The hotel was super nice and the reception desk people are a huge help. Another thing was the breakfast was very good as well. You had multiple options "
