eine Rezeptionnist konnte nicht mal guten tag oder hallo sagen nachdem ich sie mit ein grüezi begrüsst hat. ihre Kommentar " ich kann kein schweizerdeutsch." aber anschein auch kein andere Sprache !!!!
Personnal im frühstückraum sprechen kein deutsch, kein schweizerdeutsch, kein französisch !!!
Ein einzige Frau, (Sie arbeite nochmalenweise im den kinderort ), war sehr höfflich, zuvorkommen, hilfbereit und hat deutsch und französisch gesprochen !!!!
Unsere Tochter hatte ein Zimmer die so schmutzig war das wir wechsel mussten.
die andere Tochter musste wc papier im Migros einkaufen gehen weil die rezeptionnist einfach nicht hilfbereit war !!!!!
es ist zwar NUR ein 3 stern hotel, und doch können wir etwas mehr erwarten ! muss kein design Möbel !, muss nicht alles neu sein, aber sauber und anstandigt ! und personnal die ihre Arbeit ausführen.

Vaste chambre familiale, bonne situation
Nous avons bénéficié d'un grand chambre familiale (appartement avec salon, chambre parents et chambre enfants, dressing.) Emplacement centrale à 6 minutes à pieds du télécabine Alpin Express. Pièces pour les ski et les chaussures. Buffet petit-déjeuner ave vue. Vue sur les sommets. Le mobilier est vieillot et dépareillé.. et cela mériterait un rafraichissement. Personnel sympathique. Petit SPA complet (sauna, bain turc et baignoires jacuzzi..)

Das gebuchte Zimmer mussten wir umbuchen betreffs: eigenartigen, speziellen Geruch....Bei Aufschlag von 40.00Fr. pro Nacht sind wir in den 3Stock in ein Superior Zimmer umgezogen....
Was uns gestört hat war, dass wir nicht direkt im Hotel Frühstücken konnten...
Die Hotel Buchung hat zur unserer Zufriedenheit geklappt, vor allem , die nette Hilfsbereitschaft am Telefon...….

Excellent petit déjeuner service gratuit de taxi pour le ski ou le parking bon emplacement de l’hôtel au centre du village. Grande chambre avec un salon mais qui a besoin de rafraîchissement ainsi que la salle de bain tout est vieux mais la literie est bonne

We really like the big room we had. Not new, but in good condition. Very friendly stuff... but nothing was going on for new year in hotel. If they start to serve good coffe for breakfast we come back. Best part was the taxi servis to the lifts with great drivers...

J'y retournerai sans hésiter.
Un petit séjour pour skier.
Saas-Fee est une très belle station avec son restaurant tournant à 3500m.
L'hôtel est très bien même s'il n'est pas récent. Le personnel est sympathique et très professionnel. Le petit déjeuner est très complet.
L'hôtel est également très bien situé au centre de Saas-Fee.
J'y retournerai sans hésiter.

Lovely-situated hotel in the center of Saas Fee, near ski lifts, pool and bus terminal. WiFi, breakfast, skiroom, free apples, friendly reception -- really a breath of fresh air. Great service with the electric golfcart shuttles. Only problem was that my bed wasn't really flat (bad mattress).

Ein grosses Hotel mitten im Ort vor 120 Jahren erstellt aber komplett neu gestaltet. Zimmer mit getrenntem Schlafraum als Upgrade erhalten. Gutes Bett. Starkes WLAN. Riesiges TV Programm. Sehr gute Heizung und gut isolierende neue Fenster. Frühstück hervorragend. Wellnessbereich mit 3 Saunas und 3 Einzel Whirlpools

very enjoyable stay
rooms have been renovated and are good and spacious with an extremely good
bathroom with two wash basins! The dining room could be cosier but is adequate

Comfortable hotel. Make sure you book your electric shuttle in advance and be ready to depart with spare time - we missed our bus back to Visp as the shuttle took longer than anticipated to pick us up

Skidresa i snöparadis.
Ett härligt gemytligt hotell i mycket hög klass. Vi var tre vuxna och två barn och fick en lägenhet i etage med kök, toalett, badrum och allrum i bottenvåningen. Övervåningen var mycket generös med 3 stora sovrum, bra med garderober och med en enastående utsikt. Ett stort badrum med badkar, separat dusch och två handfat, allt i mycket hög klass.
Personalen i receptionen var trevliga utan att var påträngande. Personalen i restaurangen var mycket tillmötesgående och det var extra imponerande att man erbjöd halvpension med generösa öppettider då under 4 kvällar var enda familjen som hade halvpension på hotellet. I övrigt hade man inte öppet restaurangen och då skulle man kunna tro att nivån på maten och utbudet skulle sänkas, men nej, förstklassig mat! Vi behövde inte ens bestämma oss för menyn på morgonen som det många gånger är när det är halvpension utan det valet gjorde man på kvällen samtidigt som man skulle äta, två olika förrätter och huvudrätter att välja på varje dag, samt en utsökt dessert. Så jag skulle säga att det var mycket prisvärt med tanke på allt hotellet hade att erbjuda. Om man hade fått önska något så var det i så fall en pool, dock hade man en mindre relaxavdelning.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir hatten ein zweistöckiges Familienzimmer (Nr. 406). Das Angebot des Frühstückbuffets entsprach voll und ganz unseren hohen Erwartungen. Das Wellness ist klein und fein. Die Sauberkeit im gesamten Haus hat uns begeistert. Sehr zentral gelegen und netter Fahrdienst durch den hoteleigenen Transportwagen.
