"This is an amazing hotel. Great room friendly owners and workers, amazing location. The breakfast is really good. They even accommodate making fresh eggs and a vegetarian omelette. They let us pick nick in the front garden and even gave a free ride to the bus stop. I would go back 100 times."

"The most important thing to note is the limited hours of the front desk (10am to 6pm in the summer). This is an issue if you might arrive late or want to leave your bags in the morning after checking out. The hotel is absolutely serious about wanting you to contact them before you arrive to confirm your arrival time although the email they sent to me had no return email address. The bed (although not the pillows) was comfortable and the hot water and wifi both worked well. In-room safe was not large enough for a computer. In contrast to many smaller Swiss hotels, there's scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast. My room had a great view of the mountains. The staff were helpful and friendly and spoke good English. In contrast to some Saas-Fee hotels, my Saastal card was already printed when I checked-in. If you leave luggage, it is left in the bar area so there's no real security for it.
