"This hotel is a hidden gem! The lady at the front desk was a jewel! I called her 3x before we even arrived to ask her questions about early checkin and leaving our bags with her before we could checkin. She was so pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious with the most awesome view of the water. We even had a little kitchen as part of the room. It was very clean, had a great ac unit, and the bed was very comfortable. It was a great location, close to 3 restaurants and with a 15 min walk to the ferry. I would highly recommend this hotel! "
"What a wonderful place to stay especiially before and after your sailing adventure.
The hotel receptionist at the front desk Sheran was amazing!
She greeted us with a huge smile and made sure everything we needed was taken care of.
She was especially helpful with local knowledge and gave amazing dinner recommendations! "
"Truly a 5 star resort! Having a butler was a unique experience as was the having no room keys (that’s another first for me). We had some rain on our trip so a few more rainy day options would be a good addition. Loved that all water toys were included, find a kayak, pool noodle, stand up paddle board, you could use it. There are bikes all around the property which make it fun and easy to get around the large property. Hadn’t ridden a bike in many years but it came right back. Villas have outdoor showers. The fitness center is one of the best hotel fitness centers I’ve ever seen. The beach was really nice, very few waves but a small amount of smooth coral. Our meals at Reef House and Pavilion were amazing. On our rainy day, we ventured into Spanish town, save your time it wasn’t worth the time. With no large suitcases you can walk from the ferry to the resort. If you are looking for a 5 star Virgin Gorda vacay, book here!"
"We loved staying here! The room was clean. The hostess was so friendly and knowledgeable about the island! The food at the restaurant was great! Service was excellent! Rent a boat at the marina which was a fun time out on the water! Everyone was friendly!"
