The rooms on the other hand were a bit dated The bathroom definately needs some work done. Overall our stay was pleasant. "

"I love the boutique hotel experience at the Parker so much. Its lively, elegant and very Palm Springs. The service staff from valets to housekeeping to bartenders and servers are beyond expectations. Everytime. The pools are fantastic. Great food and beverages available poolside (frozen fresh lemonade is a must!). The music at the adult pool is also a nice touch. You could easily plan a trip and not leave the property it is so well curated and operated. The dining is five stars and should not be missed. If you do want to explore, I love the location right in the middle of the valley so shopping and dining are all close by. "

There was a lounge chair and some chairs on the patio, and the pool and hot tub were nice and clean. I liked that you can purchase breakfast and mimosas at the pool area in the mornings."

The carpets throughout the property emitted a persistent and unpleasant odor, which significantly impacted the overall comfort of my stay. Additionally, the lack of water service during my visit was both inconvenient and unacceptable. While I did encounter two staff members who were courteous and helpful, the majority of the team appeared disengaged and unresponsive to guest needs."
