"This gorgeous resort exceeded my expectations in every way. Our week was luxurious, peaceful, and beautiful.
All of the staff were so kind and attentive. We were assigned our own trip ambassador whom we saw in person multiple times but also was very responsive through a WhatsApp group she set up. Rafaela helped us schedule restaurant reservations and fitness classes, arrange transportation, and most helpfully of all was there when I needed a doctor and didn’t know what to do. I was so grateful to be able to visit the doctor they have onsite 24/7 and even walked out with the prescription I needed in hand.
I have so many examples of ways the staff went above and beyond I wish I had space to name them all.
The grounds were immaculately landscaped, the interiors were styled to perfection, and the pool and beach were so picturesque. I was constantly marveling at how much more beautiful it was in person than even the photos could show.
Our villa was visited by housekeeping twice daily and kept looking flawless. They even swept our patio and skimmed the plunge pool. I should also note they brought in an entire extra bed without my asking so all three of my children could have their own bed.
The food exceeded my expectations. The kids were thrilled with 24/7 room service. The restaurants were all wonderful fine dining experiences. Everything was plated like works of art. The breakfast buffet was the most elaborate I have ever experienced.

"Honest review. This review is based on my own experience and in what I like. Hotel is very organized and clean everywhere, the staff is well trained and super kind with guests. Easy parking. Is not overcrowded. Looks like the perfect hotel. Only bad things are, little or no entertainment, only one restaurant open during lunch and breakfast with not a lot of options. Desserts are awful, no ice cream anywhere, oh and the all inclusive drink is just a weird probably housemade alcohol, if you want name brand (even cheap ones) you have to either purchase a vip pass but this drinks are only available in ONE bar all the other ones don’t have these drinks which then is a little useless and inconvenient for the customer. Another option would be to buy the bottle which is like 2x the price of outside. All in all I have been to various all inclusive and I would recommend going somewhere else if you have the money to pay for this one you’ll have enough to pay for another one with better experience, entertainment and availability of food and deserts."
